Words of Wisdom - Plain and Simple - Hosted by Dianne Adams, a servant of God - June 5, 2019 @  8:30 PM Call in number 1-347-945-7659 Prayer Line 1-504-289-9501 “God will provides"   Exodus 16:11-31 "Wherever God guide,  He also provides" Exodus begins where Genesis leaves off as God deals with His chosen people, the Jews.  Moses is the author of the book of Exodus, also Genesis, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy, the first five books in the bible which is called the Books of the Law and the Pentateuch.  Our lesson tonight is after the Jews enter the desert.  They were salves in Egypt for 430 and God called Moses to tell Pharaoh to let His people go. Moses had led God’s people for many years, 3 millions of them that left Egypt.  Because the Israelites did not obey God while they were in the wilderness, God did not lead them straight into the land He had promised them. The trip from Egypt to their new home should have taken the Israelites only DAYS, but instead, they wandered in the desert for 40 YEARS. God  always PROVIDED everything the Israelites needed (Deuteronomy 29:5-6), because where God guides He also provides. God proveded bread from Heaven.  The very people who had been delivered out of Egypt by mighty miracles soon mumbled and grumbled about God and His provision for them! God said none of those grumblers would enter the Promised Land.  Now freed God provides all provisions need in the wildress and they still complain.  It seems that no matter how much God does for us, we always find something to complain about. Come and join us in the comfort of your home.
