About today's guest: Sandra Whitehead is a Nationally Award-Winning Journalist, Educator, and Author of Lebanese Americans, published by Marshall Cavendish, New York. She is also the Senior Editorial Consultant to HOME Magazine Lebanon, Beirut. Sandra teaches Journalism and Media Studies at Marquette University, where she is a Center for Peacemaking Faculty Scholar, developing Internationally Collaborative Online Journalism Education projects. She taught in Lebanon from 2009-2016 at Rafik Hariri University, and served as Chair of the Language and Humanities Department. She is blessed with a loving family – her husband Abdulaziz Aleiou and three children, Ali, Aisha and Adam.
