When Stacey sent in the idea this week’s YRG Radio, she wrote; “I realized there will always be sacrifice one way or another. When I was deep into the binge eating, I didn't want to sacrifice quantity or flavor, but I DID end up sacrificing mobility and freedom. When I started clean eating and YRG, I sacrificed the binge foods and vast quantities, but I got physical freedom in return.” “There will always be sacrifice”; I could certainly relate. From food as Stacey describes, to moving from the couch to the Manduka, I sacrificed hard work, an open heart and a strong mind for a ‘comfortable’ couch body, sad heart and a weak mind. “After finding YRG and I started to accept that physical freedom would mean eating significantly less food, and I became willing to do it.” Stacey’s right. Finding that sacrificing what I thought to be ‘comfort’ for some hard work, helped build a YRG Strong body, heart and mind. You *do* have to be willing.
