Missions Sunday. Communication is vital in any relationship. Communication between people and God is typically done through prayer. Jesus gave His disciples “The Lord’s prayer” to follow. We will look at “The Lord’s prayer” and how it points to the global church and spreading the message of Jesus. We will see how we can pray for the challenges that cross cultural ministers face as they spread the message of Jesus to every nation, tribe, people, and language. Pastor Steve Yatckoske and his wife, Alice, serve Nett Lake Baptist Church. Nett Lake is a reservation community, with a population of just over 350 people, on the Bois Forte Reservation in northern Minnesota, about 45 miles south of the Canadian border. They desire to see lives changed through teaching God’s word, loving people, and engaging the community.
