Canal Days, Reunion and Docs. Passed on the Reunion at the last moment - whew! Too many faces (and when I don't recall the face, I hate it!) Tired off a long week, closing with Miracle Leage finals. While my team, made up mostly of MR's from a Group Home, did beyond wonderful and was trophy awarded for the season long play. We tide for first, learned well and played better - eventually. Jennifer Goodman and Mercadi Duffin joined in as Baseball Buddy's for the Rangers, and what an experience gained. Miracle League changed me this summer. I enjoyed every Saturday to the most. Being a buddy for those less fortunate, brought a happiness to my soul. I will forevermore attend and be a buddy for this League. The smiles, hugs, high fives are the most special I have ever experienced. I want to thank Cindy Brooks for allowing me in the best experience of the summer.
