To an agency manipulating staff to help gain full control of a young man’s life. So the family got rid of the guardian, and is out of the residential service but not with out retaliation from the state employees, the residential employees, the guardian. Not only are they trying to protect them self’s but destroy Michaels, personal, social and love life along with personal attack on his staff
