Tonight's special guest is Kimberly Howell, from Manitowoc, Wisconsin, who says, "I was a foster kid at age two adopted by my foster parents at age 7. I became a foster parent at age 28 and now I spend every dime I have trying to bring them down." Kim reports, "I advocate against Foster care and advocate for parents and children's rights." Hers is a terrible story. "My 4grandchildren were legally kidnapped Dec 2019." She goes on, I have PTSD, panic attack disorder, and agoraphobia, which is anxiety from being in crowd or strangers." There's a video on the web site from the child's eyes and what they went through as a child abduct by the state to receive bonus money for adopting out children to receive title 4 Federal Funding. The children's guardian ad litem and although he gets paid has never met one of my grandchildren, he's never submitted a report to the parents or court. Although his job description says he's to conduct his own independent investigation and he has never spoken to me, the school, the mentors, church, Salvation Army and so many people these children had significant relationships. One of Kim's friends writes, "My granddaughter was molested in her first foster home the week after she was taken from us and then when we were about to get her back they changed case workers and shipped my granddaughter off to another county until she was put in another foster home so she could be adopted by them. They threatened my son and daughter in law to give up their legal rights to her or they would take away any future children they might have." And Kim replied, "They did the exact same thing to me threatened me to wave my right to a trial or I'd never see my grandchildren again so I did and I've never seen them anyway."
