Jim Rhodes, Chairman of ReGroup Carolinas, joins Trent and Patrick on “At Home with Roby”. Founded in 2019, ReGroup Carolinas’ mission is to increase economic mobility and decrease the skills gap across the construction industry. With a local chapter in Charlotte, NC, a second chapter was launched last fall in Asheville, NC in response to the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene.
