We'll ask Victoria about her floating culinary odyssey through Europe, the Caribbean, Nepal, Vietnam, Africa and the South Pacific cooking for the rich and famous and her book, Sea Fare: A Chef’s Journey Across the Ocean. Victoria's new book all about wandering the globe in search of new food is called Female Nomad and Friends; Tales of Breaking Bread Around the World and will be released in summer 2010.
