Description

In today’s culture, conversations around sexuality are everywhere—but often distorted and far removed from God’s original design. As godly parents, we are entrusted with more than providing shelter, food, and love. We are also called to be our children’s first teachers, especially in the sensitive yet sacred topic of sex. Scripture is clear: sex is a beautiful gift from God, intended for the covenant of marriage. When handled with reverence and within God's boundaries, it brings joy, intimacy, and unity. When misused, it brings confusion, pain, and consequences that linger. In 1 Thessalonians 4:3–4, we are reminded that God’s will for us is sanctification. That means we are to be set apart—to live differently, even when it’s uncomfortable or countercultural. Teaching our children to value purity begins with teaching them God’s Word, modeling godly relationships, and creating a home where they can ask hard questions without fear or shame.
