This week I spoke with international casting director, Cassandra Han. She's an American who spent the first part of her career in New York then, like me, moved to Europe over 20 years ago and has worked her way up to become one of the most influential casting directors in Europe in English, German and Italian.
In our conversation, we covered everything from what makes one actor more bookable than another (hint: it's probably not what you think), to how to take your selftape from "meh" to "wow," to the hierarchy of hiring that goes on at major networks.
Check out the podcast and let me know what resonates with you in the comments.
Let's Chat If you're interesting in a one hour free consultation with me then book a appointment. I'd love to hear from you.
