On a warm morning in July of 1991, a frantic phone call comes into the Woonsocket, Rhode Island Police Department. The manager of a local Burger King has just arrived for a day of work when he stumbles on the dead bodies of two of his employees. 21-year-old Tammy Petrin and 24-year-old Jenner Villeda have been shot in the head, and nothing has been stolen from the building. Immediately, the police look into the backgrounds of these two young adults and realize it wasn't a random attack, but rather that Tammy was a target and Jenner was just caught in the crossfire.
