Erin Cox is a self-help author, life coach, and mother of three who advises mothers on how to live more balanced, joyful, and healthy lives.

Erin’s book, One Hot Mama: The Guide to Getting your Mind and Body Back After Baby was published by Hay House, Inc. in the fall of 2012. 

Erin has also worked in water resources science and engineering. Erin has become an expert in leading a balanced, healthy, fulfilled life as a mother through her personal experiences since delivering her first child nearly six years ago.

Married to an Air Force F-15 pilot, Erin moved four times since her wedding ten years ago, and as a result she has bonded with and learned from mothers from all over the world. Erin believes wholeheartedly that motherhood is one of the most beautiful blessings that life has to offer, but it also presents a multitude of additional challenges for self-care and personal development.

Erin’s mission is to love, nurture, and support moms so they can love themselves, live their best lives, and better care for their families.
