This week we discover the pilot of the science fiction series Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles which ran from 2008-2009 and stars Lena Headey as Sarah Connor, Thomas Dekker as John Connor and Summer Glau as Cameron, a terminator sent back in time to protect John Connor.
We talk about why Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles was able to continue and expand the lore and mythos of the Terminator franchise in ways the later movies have struggled to do, how the change in format allowed the telling of stories the movies couldn't, and whether it is worth a watch if you are in search for more Terminator stories that are worth your time.
