Chloe Johnson is a dynamic Software Engineer with over three years of experience and a passion for continuous learning and innovation. She is currently a Level 2 Engineer at her company and pursuing a Master’s degree in Software Engineering at Johns Hopkins University. With expertise in systems engineering, automation, and software safety processes, Chloe is dedicated to fostering a collaborative "no blame" culture within her team, focusing on root cause analysis to drive efficiency and enhance project outcomes. Her work spans designing safety-critical systems, reviewing safety workflows, and managing automation projects, such as developing simulators for button-click automation. Chloe’s background includes conducting in-depth analyses of control loops for safety-critical systems and excelling in software integration, quality assurance, and configuration management. Her thoughtful approach to solving engineering challenges, coupled with her dedication to delivering innovative, user-centered solutions, makes her a versatile and highly effective member of any technical team.
