The last few days the weather has been extremely hot 🔥 a wide increase in hot temperatures, be mindful of signs of heatstroke and stay hydrated. It's important that you pay attention to your body warning signs and be mindful of changing weather temperatures. Signs of a heatstroke begins with a heat rash, heat cramps, heat exhaustion, heat syncope & heatstroke which can be deadly. If you're in the heat eat water rich foods like, watermelon, cantaloupe, cucumber, and other fruit and veggies, eat foods rich in electrolytes like bananas which is also a good source of potassium, sports drinks , electrolytes replenish fluids. Limit caffeine intake and keep cold water. Take necessary breaks as needed. Rest in cool places, and be mindful of the layers of clothing. Stay Cool & Safe. Any temperature 🌡️ that exceed 100°F be alert to your body's warning signs, if anything develops, remember to immediately cool down........
