Description

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup Spinach, washed and chopped
  2. ½ tsp Ginger chopped
  3. ¼ tsp Cumin seeds
  4. ¼ tsp coriander powder
  5. 1 pinch Black pepper powder
  6. 1 cup yoghurt
  7. 2-3 tsp Oil
  8. 2 tbsp water
  9. Sendha Namak to taste
Method:
  1. Wisk the yoghurt by adding water, keep aside
  2. Heat oil in a wok, add cumin, let it splutter
  3. Add chopped ginger, after raw smell goes, add spinach
  4. Sauté till water evaporates from spinach
  5. Add salt and black pepper, keep it cool
  6. Once cool add the beaten yoghurt
