Ingredients:
- 1 cup Spinach, washed and chopped
- ½ tsp Ginger chopped
- ¼ tsp Cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp coriander powder
- 1 pinch Black pepper powder
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 2-3 tsp Oil
- 2 tbsp water
- Sendha Namak to taste
Method:
- Wisk the yoghurt by adding water, keep aside
- Heat oil in a wok, add cumin, let it splutter
- Add chopped ginger, after raw smell goes, add spinach
- Sauté till water evaporates from spinach
- Add salt and black pepper, keep it cool
- Once cool add the beaten yoghurt
