The 2-Step AI Recreation Process: Step 1 - ChatGPT (Planning Phase): I use a 30-page AI employee workflow that turns ChatGPT into a forensic ad analyst. It goes through 4 stages: (1) Forensic Analysis - Analyzes every pixel including visual composition, camera framing, lighting, color palette, typography, emotional core, and direct response mechanisms. (2) Weakness Identification - Finds missed opportunities in the original ad. (3) Ad Improvement Plan - Creates a marketing analysis showing how to make it better for your brand. (4) Image Generation Instructions - Converts the improvement plan into detailed prompts for Gemini.
Step 2 - Google Gemini (Execution Phase): I use a 9-page workflow that prepares Gemini to receive detailed instructions and recreate ads. You upload the competitor's ad image, paste the detailed prompt from ChatGPT, and Gemini generates a hyper-realistic version with your branding. The results show perfect skin texture, natural lighting, accurate product placement, and realistic details that make AI detection impossible.
Real Example: I demonstrate recreating ads from a $357K/month collagen eye patch store (Serene Co). Their testimonial-style image ads get recreated with improvements - better composition, clearer product visibility, and enhanced emotional appeal while maintaining complete realism.
