The week's episode is a departure. Tom speaks directly to you, in a real or imagined role as a manager in HR. In this little experiment, Tom asks you to imagine being in the position to profoundly, and positively, affect the people in your organization. He asks you to envision the possibility that the people with whom you work all feel a special kind of fulfillment - the kind that comes from recognizing your personal, unique set of attributes and capacities, developing them, and putting them to highest and best use in the service of others. We call that kind of fulfillment Alvea. It is the aim of the new company, named after its product The Mentor Machine to produce more and more alvea in the world and cause more and more organizations to thrive.
