We step on it. Act like we’re too good for it. Always trying to sweep it out, wash it off.But if the soil disappeared — so would we.Scientists will tell you: All the life we know exists on a thin film of soil wrapping this one tiny planet — like the skin on an apple. 🍎 That’s it — the actual location of all life as we know it. And that fragile layer has sustained billions. No soil, no seed. No seed, no food. No food, no future.🌍 You Are Soil With a SoulGod formed humanity from the dust. The very name Adam (אדם) means “red dirt.” You are earth-made and breath-filled — soil with a soul.So when Proverbs 12:11 says, “Those who work their land will have abundant food,” I don’t just hear “work forty acres.”I hear: Work your life. Cultivate yourself. Steward the seed inside the soil — which is you.🌱 You Are Your LandYour mind is land. Your character is land. Your gifts, calling, habits, trauma, healing — all land.Everything you’ve been through is the medium through which your future is growing. If you don’t work you, weeds will. If you don’t plant on purpose, something else grows by default.Chasing fantasies is trying to harvest crops from fields you never cultivated. No discipline. No roots. No work. That doesn’t mean no growth — it just means it’s not the growth you want. But when you treat your inner life like rare soil — and plant seeds of hope, belief, truth, affirmation, repentance, obedience — over time it becomes: 🌳 sustainable fruit trees 🌤 comforting shade 🌲 strong roots 🌿 a whole forest of possibility.🧑🏽🌾 Cultivate… Ya Dig?Every faith story that came out of the dirt gets this: God works in the dirt. He digs in it. He breathes on it. He builds with it.So honor your ground. Till it. Train it. Guard it. Feed it.You’re not just dirt — you are also the breath of God in motion. You are cultivated earth designed to carry Kingdom harvest.💥 So Dig ThisStop envying someone else’s garden while leaving your own ground unplanted. Because deep within you is something worth cultivating.Ya dig?🙏🏽PrayerLord, let’s play together today in the dirt—this dirt.Today’s ChallengeTake 5 quiet minutes.
