Karlee struggled to find music opportunities when she moved to Michigan until she got to high school and joined her school choir and sang the National Anthem at every sporting event. After high school, Karlee continued to sing for her friends and in February one of her friends encouraged her to sing at a local bar near her college. This is the only performance she has done outside of school.
