Daniel J. Benoit is the founder and lead researcher of E.C.B.R.O. (East Coast Bigfoot Researchers Organization), bringing a scientific approach to cryptozoology. Growing up exploring the outdoors and hunting with his father, Daniel became intimately familiar with wildlife from an early age. After seeing the famous Roger Patterson and Bob Gimlin film in 2010, he dedicated himself to researching the elusive creature using his outdoor expertise.
Daniel has conducted extensive fieldwork across deep remote locations along the east coast, studying tree structures, analyzing footprints, and comparing bigfoot behavior to great apes. His dedication led to a remarkable first-hand sighting of a family of Bigfoots in Virginia. He has been featured in documentaries including "Elusive Legend - An E.C.B.R.O. Story," "The Beast Of Elkhorn Lake," and "Hunt for the Shawnee Sasquatch." Daniel hosts the ECBRO Bigfoot Radio podcast, authors bigfoot research field guides, runs the Bigfoot Zone YouTube channel, and regularly speaks at universities and public lectures to educate and bring awareness about what's really out there.
