The University of Kentucky, College of Agriculture, Cooperative Extension Service held their Annual Leadership Meeting at General Butler State Resort Park, Carrollton, Kentucky.
I was invited to come and to speak to the entire staff, not just 4H agents, but all cooperative extension staff in District 2. Jeff Young is the Executive Director and the theme was an easy one. Come and share---Inspire---motivate and encourage the county team members, and staff support personnel.
You will not have to know what 4H is about to appreciate this speech. I suggest a pen and paper because there will be several quotes you will want to write down.
