I couldn’t avoid it any longer.
I had two hours on the airplane before I landed at the retreat -- a breathtaking 5-day event meticulously orchestrated by my business coach.
In this empty space, I had to finish preparing for my arrival by reviewing last year’s notes, and evaluate what I’ve done well, what’s left to conquer, and where I’ve fallen on my face.
Well, guess what? I realized I messed up. Now, I’m going to do it differently.
