The “real me” is laid back, playful, and silly.
But when I was unhappy and not taking care of myself, it snuffed out the light and joy I’d “normally” radiate from within, shifting my (and other people’s) perception.
My dissatisfaction seeped through, spilling into everything, and coated every aspect and interaction in my life.
It was my responsibility to get unstuck and find my way back to the authentic, best version of myself.
