In today’s episode we return to the book “Women Who Run with the Wolves” for inspiration and discuss the teachings around the concept of rage. We explore the idea that rage is a teacher and allowing ourselves to listen and learn from our rage can be powerful and boost personal growth. As women we are often taught to be nice good girls, so rage can make us feel guilt and shame for being out of control. The notion that not showing our rage, robs us of our voice and our authentic nature.
