Welcome to this weeks episode of This is Rammy. This week I caught up with Clint from House of Beer which is based on Silver Street.
Clint explains that his background wasn’t in beer, he’s been a teacher for a large majority of his life, but the teaching profession now, just isn’t what it used to be, there are pressures from external factors that detract from the teaching he wanted a change, and that change came in the form of being his own boss and running his own beer shop.
Well sir, I applaud you because not only did you have the balls to go out and make it on your own, but you’ve done what most men I know (and a few women, but mostly men) would love to do themselves, and that’s sit in a room full of beer and get paid for it. Granted, you have to be selling the beer to get paid, but that’s probably a small thing in Ramsbottom as I think there is no shortage of lovers of great beer.
