I started the New Year with an Instagram challenge #Gettingunstuckin2020.
The response was amazing but what I could never have expected was;
- Several generations of one family were reunited as a result of the challenge
- Participants went from small changes to make massive decisions; and
- I decided to embrace massive discomfort and change my direction as well.
