Although Nicole Talmadge was born and raised in Northern CT, she decided to attend school at Southern CT State University where she majored in Communications. Out of college, Nicole decided to stay in New Haven County and work at some of Connecticut’s major radio stations. Following her stint in radio, Nicole’s husband pushed to become a real estate associate in our Branford office. Just about 3 years ago Nicole formed her team, The Talmadge Group, where she leads a group of real estate professionals. She would love to expand her team but focuses on quality over quantity. Every year The Talmadge Group wins a new level of award. In 2020 Nicole and her team won Chairman's Circle Gold. In 2019, they won Presidents Circle, and in 2018 the team won Leading Edge Society. Nicole, her husband Doug and 10-year-old son Evan call the CT shoreline home.
