There is no playbook for how to lead through COVID-19. (And some days I really really wish there was.) You’re making choices every day to do things the best you can. And if you’re a leader, you are making choices that will affect others.
I’ve never managed during COVID, but I have lived through difficult moments—and so have you. I’ve learned over the years about how to lead with compassion, consistently communicate, and engage your team members.
