近日南京一家银行拒付储户243万存款事件引发关注，储户一度赢得一审判决，却在二审被撤销原判发还重审，银行方面现在表态称该案存在疑点，那么这个案子的问题出在哪？银行给出的拒付理由是否靠谱？我来分享一点粗浅的观点供大家参考。
