近日美国前总统特朗普将被提起刑事指控的新闻引发关注，有国内媒体称特朗普将会于下周自首，不过根据我比对原始信源看，这个说法恐怕存在翻译错误，甚至严格说来这是一个假新闻，并且暴露出国内一些媒体缺乏法律常识和缺少信息比对，那么这是怎么回事呢？
