日前有女生发帖爆料遭P图黄谣，涉事男子目前已被苏州大学开除学籍，不过公开资料看其并未被定罪，所受行政处罚也只是因为传播淫秽物品，尚未涉及到其是否造谣的问题，那么法律层面有哪些追责空间？我来分享一点信息和看法仅供参考。
