Day - 73 Good to be late
“I’m sorry I’m late.” You may never need to say this in Brazil. Brazilians are often late for work or play. If a party starts at 8:00, they often come at 8:30 or even 9:00. If you come early, people may think you are in a hurry. That’s impolite. Why are they often late? For one thing, Brazilians are very relaxed people. They like to do things slowly. For another, Brazil has very heavy traffic. It once had a 344 kilometer long traffic jam!
