Ryan Whitmer is the Owner/Founder of Fit One Four, in Westerville, OH.
Ryan grew up with a "just get it done" mentality and later turned that into forging his own path in the health & fitness science world, in becoming a personal trainer, then making his way to open his own gym. We talk about him getting into the fitness world, how his time working at Notre Dame showed him what he didn't like about the physical training industry, moving into being a personal trainer, realizing he didn't totally fit the mold of working at the types of gyms he was at, coming up with the name "Fit One Four" before he even had plans for his own business, building the culture and team he has at F14, how he wants to impact his clients and those around him & tons more!
