To follow Jesus will cost you: People will hate you. Not to follow Jesus means you side with the Jesus-hating, Jesus-persecuting world. This is Jesus' encouragement and exhortation to HIs disciples to stay the course and stay faithful on the eve of HIs departure. And even more encouraging: Help from the Trinitarian God!
