Gratitude is a key to happiness. But how do we become grateful? By practicing gratitude, like we'd practice any other skill. 

In this series, I break down what the practices are to become a grateful person.  In this episode, I break down the reality of gratitude, the benefits of gratitude and how it can change your life. I also share tips that I've learned about expressing gratitude to others.
