Dr. Kay Ramsey, Executive Branch Director for Bethany Christian Services, joins the program to discuss her own journey as a former foster youth and adoptee, and the work that she does to empower youth. She also discusses her new book Persevering Beyond Adversity: The Blue Print, in which she shares tools to create a blueprint for success on how to turn pain into passion and persevere beyond adversity with faith, vision and a mentor.
