Sam has become a dear friend since we moved to Byron. He’s an incredible chef and we met him simply because we absolutely love his cafe woods (we he owns and runs alongside Andy). Sam has travelled all over the world being a private chef for Saudi royalty, Drake, Mik Jagger and the cast of Hobbit. You’ll hear his passion for real, local, seasonal and honest food.
