This weeks been a Biggin. I flew to Sydney to shoot the cover for the next book! It was so exciting to start seeing this little dream come to life. In this episode I share a bit of the prep that went into the shoot, what I changed about my diet and exercise in the lead up to feel the most confident I could. I tried a few new spots in Byron too! I hit up a new yoges space, and tried an infrared sauna.
