Aisha Ceballos-Crump is the Founder and CEO of two beauty brands, Honey Baby Naturals and Botanika Beauty. The Puerto Rican-American Entrepreneur is a former chemical engineer and worked nearly 15 years in the hair & skincare industry developing products and formulas for several major brands. In 2016, she launched Honey Baby Naturals, a line of products created to meet the various needs for her three kid's hair texture. In today's episode, she speaks about why she still struggles with proving her Latinx indentity and the challenges she faces as a miniority-owned business.
