Tennis is not for the faint hearted. It requires huge reserves of fitness, speed, agility, strength, power and cat-like reflexes. Oh and you need to be able to hit the ball as well. James and Jacob talk about some of the ways we help our tennis athletes develop their overall athleticism and how you can take your game to the next level.
