In a baseball world full of arm-care, and arm-strength talk, it’s the legs, hips, and even the torso that have the largest impact on a pitcher’s success and arm-health. This is not to say that many of the arm-strengthening protocols such as Long Toss and Plyo Balls are not helpful, they are, it’s simply that the lower 2/3 of the pitcher’s body, is the dominant influencer when it comes to game-success and arm-health.
