Η στρατηγική του ΟΤΕ βάζει σε απόλυτη προτεραιότητα την επέκταση των δικτύων FTTH και 5G SA, ενώ σε ότι αφορά τη συνδρομητική τηλεόραση, η αύξηση των συνδρομητών προκειμένου η αγορά να φτάσει στα ποσοστά διείσδυσης που επικρατούν στην Ε.Ε. Άλλο σημαντικό θέμα που αναφέρθηκε είναι το brand T για το οποίο ο κ.
