陽明交大講座教授陳科宏指導的學生與研究團隊，以研究電源管理IC為主，並以912實驗室而聞名，從2008年論文發表首次被 IEEE 國際固態電路會議（ISSCC）接受，迄今總共已有28篇論文被 IEEE ISSCC 接受，其中2023年有7篇論文被接收並展示，其中一篇並且獲得最佳論文獎，是國內學術界獲選最多的團隊，也贏過台大及清大各3篇，另外企業界則有聯發科5篇，台積電3篇。 此外，2024年的成績也已揭曉，台灣整體獲選篇數下滑，從2023年的22篇掉到16篇，但陳科宏教授的團隊也獲選3篇，另外清大3篇，台大2篇。
陳科宏教授指導的團隊，目前也與瑞昱公司合作成立瑞昱陽明交大研發中心，並且與群聯、聯發科、立錡、台積電、聯電等企業進行產學合作。陳科宏說，團隊選題時一定會挑戰創新的題目，由於從AI伺服器、電動車到電力系統，電源功率的消耗愈來愈大，如何節能減碳已成重要課題，因此團隊從低功率電源再到第三代半導體氮化鎵（GaN），都進行深入研究。此外，912實驗室的研究團隊，如今不僅已成為許多國內外電源管理IC公司的研發主力，同時也開始陸續創業，其中晶炫半導體公司成立於2023年5月，產品以D-GaN為主，總經理黃紹璋與副總鄭國林都是912實驗室畢業的學生，總經理黃紹璋是半導體製程專家，已有25年的業界經驗。

【路透社】当地时间7月28日晚，美国阿拉斯加地区发生8.2级地震，震源深度46.7千米，震中位于阿拉斯加佩里维尔东南偏南91千米。美国国家海洋和大气管理局随后发出海啸预警。并在评估地震对于加拿大和美国其他地区的海啸影响；太平洋海啸预警中心也向美国的夏威夷州和关岛发出海啸预警。
阿拉斯加地震中心学家维斯特（Michael West）坦言，此次地震是1965年以来，阿拉斯加地区发生的最大一起地震。美国地质调查局指出，在规模8.2地震发生后，震央周边已出现至少13起余震，规模介于3.3至6.2之间。此次美国的海底地震也惊动了新西兰和澳大利亚。新西兰国家紧急事务管理局在推特上表示，他们也在评估情况，并表示如果此次地震确实产生了海啸波，那么海啸可能要12个小时后才能到达新西兰，政府仍有时间撤离民众。
1、美联储议息会议：维持零利率 美国经济正在复苏
【侨报网】7月28日，美联储结束了为期两天的议息会议并宣布，将维持当前接近于零的利率水平，持续采取债券资产回购措施，以此向美国经济注入流动性。另外美联储还表示美国经济正在向他们制定的目标取得进展。
美联储宣布将维持联邦基金利率标准区间在0-0.25%. 这一点符合市场预期。根据联储点阵图，大多数联储会成员预计至少到2022年底才会加息。另外联储还宣布将维持每个月1200亿元的扩大资产负债表的行动。此前市场一直在寻找联储回撤这一“扩表”政策的线索。一些批评者认为联储持续“扩表”将导致资产泡沫现象。
2、终于谈成！万亿美元基建法案取得里程碑进展
【CNN】周三（7月28日），一项大约1万亿美元的基础设施投资法案在参议院一个两党参议员小组以67比32的投票结果取得里程碑式进展。参议院少数党领袖、肯塔基州共和党议员麦康奈尔(Mitch McConnell)支持此动议。不过该法案还将面临更多程序性投票和对法案本身的辩论，这项计划最终通过可能还将需要几个星期。
白宫表示，该法案的投资包括1100亿美元用于公路投资，730亿美元用于电网升级，660亿美元用于铁路建设，650亿美元用于扩大宽带接入，550亿美元用于清洁饮用水，500亿美元用于环境复原力，390亿美元用于公共交通，250亿美元用于机场设施。白宫的一份概况介绍说，这一两党法案带来5500亿美元新增预期联邦政府支出，低于之前提出的5790亿美元的道路、电力公用事业和互联网宽带方面的新项目支出。
3、旧金山冰淇淋博物馆永久关闭 票曾在18分钟内售罄门票
据《圣荷西水星报》28日报道，位于旧金山的冰淇淋博物馆（The Museum of Ice Cream）近日宣布永久关闭，位于旧金山储蓄联盟银行大楼博物馆位置的标志已经被拆除，冰淇淋博物馆网站上也已删除旧金山场馆信息。据悉，该博物馆于2017年向公众短期开放，为期五个月，并于2018年宣布永久开放，目前已成为INS网红必备的打卡地。
博物馆方面表示，位于旧金山的场馆租约到期，冰淇淋博物馆将于2022年在加州开设另一家分店。而且，冰淇淋博物馆在纽约等地的场馆仍然开放，奥斯汀和新加坡也有新场馆开放。据悉，旧金山是该冰淇淋博物馆的第一个永久场馆，从2017年到2018年末，旧金山的这一场馆吸引了来自65个国家的50万游客到访。在旧金山，冰淇淋博物馆首轮门票曾在18分钟内售罄——每张票38美元，创造了历史。
4、全国公寓协会诉美国政府：疫情期间暂停逐客导致损失570亿美元租金
【CBS】美国全国公寓协会（National Apartment Association）周二表示，他们已向美国政府提起诉讼，要求赔偿该组织成员因联邦政府暂停驱逐房客的命令而遭受的损失。他们在起诉书中表示，截至去年年底，超过1000万租户总计拖欠了570亿美元的租金。该组织认为，公寓业主现在要承担其中270亿美元的债务，因为这些债务没有被联邦租赁援助覆盖。
起诉书称，美国疾病控制与预防中心（CDC）去年发布的禁令伤害了提供关键租赁住房的房东，并“为未来的灾难应对措施树立了一个危险的先例”。业主们被不公平地禁止驱逐不支付租金的租户，而无法并将房子出租给能够支付租金的租户。美国疾病控制与预防中心的禁令是由前总统特朗普的政府实施的，并在拜登执政期间延长。该禁令原定于6月30日到期，但在6月24日宣布延长一个月。
5、谷歌办公室10月中旬重开，或强制接种疫苗

6、确诊新冠 美国撑杆跳名将肯德里克斯退出东京奥运
【侨报网】美国奥林匹克及残奥委员会（USOPC）周四（29日）宣布，里约奥运撑杆跳铜牌得主、两届世锦赛冠军肯德里克因新冠肺炎检测呈阳性而被隔离，并表示：“运动员、教练和工作人员的健康和安全是我们的首要考量。”作为预防措施，澳大利亚田径队的三名成员在与肯德里克短暂接触后也被隔离，但在核酸检测结果为阴性后被批准参赛。

7、有人在脸书总部门口摆满裹尸袋：虚假信息在杀人！
据《CNBS》28日消息，有人当天在美国脸书公司华盛顿特区的总部大门前摆放了不少蓝色裹尸袋，这些裹尸袋上印有脸书公司标志和“虚假信息在杀人”的文字以此来抗议脸书平台上关于疫情的虚假信息泛滥，并谴责这些信息正在“杀人”，以此要求脸书公司加大对疫情相关怀疑论的审查力度。
《RT》称，这次抗议活动是由一个叫做“脸书真正监督委员会”的组织发起。报道介绍说，该组织的出现是对脸书公司于2018年建立的所谓中立“监督委员会”的回应，脸书公司对“监督委员会”的定位为旨在消除人们对平台上虚假信息和不当行为的担忧。不过，这次活动并没有引来脸书公司的积极回应。报道称，脸书公司发言人斯通谴责对此称，“廉价的表演”。而不少网友则认为该举动是“有效的”。
8、实版“飞天大盗”！6旬女子用鹅卵石换走价值3700万钻石
据英国广播公司报道，当地时间28日，法国一名女子因涉嫌盗窃价值420万英镑（3700万元）的钻石被英国法院判犯有串谋盗窃罪。据悉，该名女子名叫露露·拉卡托斯，今年60岁。2016年3月，她冒充宝石学家代表一位俄罗斯投资者检查了伦敦市中心一家珠宝店（ 博德尔斯 ）的宝石。她检查了七颗钻石，并用小鹅卵石替换了这些钻石。检察官表示，在英国同类盗窃罪行中，此案涉案价值有史以来最高。目前，这7颗钻石后来始终没有被找到。
博德尔斯店内的监控拍下了拉卡托斯调换钻石的画面。俄罗斯买家让宝“石估价师”拉卡托斯检查这些宝石，然后把它们放在一个锁着的袋子里，由商家保管，直到收到资金。拉卡托斯检查了七颗钻石中的每一颗并称重后放进了不透明的盒子里。随后，她趁人不备将装有宝石的盒子换成了事先准备好的，外表一模一样但装有鹅卵石的箱子。去年9月，拉卡托斯因欧洲逮捕令在法国被捕，随后被引渡回英国。
9、912亿美元 美国6月贸易逆差创史上第二高水平
【路透社】商务部28日公布的数据显示，6月份全美商品贸易逆差912亿美元，高于5月份的882亿美元，高于经济学家预期中值为逆差880亿美元。据悉，912亿美元的贸易逆差也是史上第二高水平。6月份美国进出口总额攀升至3821亿美元，再创历史新高。
具体来看来看，6月份进口增长1.5%，升至创纪录的2367亿美元，原因是石油等工业产品的进口激增。此前在6月原油期货上涨11%，突破74美元/桶，连续第三个月走高。6月份出口增长0.3%，升至1455亿美元。彭博社认为主要原因是政府的纾困政策和居民更高的储蓄使得民众增加了购买行为，零售销售增加便是佐证。

Сейчас в меня воткнуто примерно 20 иголок. А все почему? Последние полгода у меня время от времени болит правое плечо. Начинает ныть от шеи, а потом постепенно боль распространяется до кончиков пальцев руки. Я не знал, что с этим делать, и надеялся, что все само собой пройдет, но даже костоправ в Филадельфии, США, не смог мне помочь.
Кореец сказал, что у меня в шейном отделе позвоночника зажат нерв, поэтому я решил, что он будет ставить иголки в районе позвоночника и в правое плечо. Но в руку было поставлено всего четыре иголки. А все остальное пошло по телу. Теперь мне нужно 30 минут с этими иголками полежать.
ПОЛЬЗА ИГЛОУКАЛЫВАНИЯ
Я рад, что сюда пришел. Нам об этом корейце рассказал наш новый местный знакомый. Он говорит, что Ким взялся за польского полицейского, у которого два года правая рука вообще не работала. Через полчаса рука начала полноценно функционировать. Потом этот полицейский привел на лечение всю семью.
Когда я это услышал, очень захотел попасть к этому корейцу. Это у нас не первый опыт иглоукалывания. Первый был на острове Хайнянь в Китае, но тогда мы ничего не поняли. Посмотрим, чем закончится этот сеанс.
Уколы похожи на сильные укусы комара. Потом, буквально через несколько секунд, боль исчезает. Вот я сейчас лежу и больше половины иголок не чувствую вообще. Боль только в самых проблемных зонах. Остается только довериться этому специалисту. Тем более, что у него множество сертификатов, он долгое время жил в Америке и там учился. Так что я в надежных руках и надеюсь на самый лучший результат!

Кореец сказал, что у меня в шейном отделе позвоночника зажат нерв, поэтому я решил, что он будет ставить иголки в районе позвоночника и в правое плечо. Но в руку было поставлено всего четыре иголки. А все остальное пошло по телу. Теперь мне нужно 30 минут с этими иголками полежать.

Я рад, что сюда пришел. Нам об этом корейце рассказал наш новый местный знакомый. Он говорит, что Ким взялся за польского полицейского, у которого два года правая рука вообще не работала. Через полчаса рука начала полноценно функционировать. Потом этот полицейский привел на лечение всю семью.
Когда я это услышал, очень захотел попасть к этому корейцу. Это у нас не первый опыт иглоукалывания. Первый был на острове Хайнянь в Китае, но тогда мы ничего не поняли. Посмотрим, чем закончится этот сеанс.
Уколы похожи на сильные укусы комара. Потом, буквально через несколько секунд, боль исчезает. Вот я сейчас лежу и больше половины иголок не чувствую вообще. Боль только в самых проблемных зонах. Остается только довериться этому специалисту. Тем более, что у него множество сертификатов, он долгое время жил в Америке и там учился. Так что я в надежных руках и надеюсь на самый лучший результат!
