Oft werde ich in meinen Hormoncoachings gefragt, wie es überhaupt kommt, dass ein Hormonchaos entsteht. Die Antwort darauf ist nicht immer einfach und immer individuell.
Manchmal ist es eine genetische Disposition und Mutter, Vater oder Großeltern hatten schon mit der gleichen "Sache" zu kämpfen. Dann wiederum liegt es vielleicht am der Einnahme der Pille oder anderen Medikamenten. Oder es liegt mit am Alter. Und viele andere Gründe für ein Hormonchaos gibt es noch dazu.

Zucker ist allgegenwärtig. In vielen Lebensmittel, die wir im Supermarkt kaufen können, ist Zucker enthalten. Mal direkt als Zucker gekennzeichnet, mal heißt er aber auch Glucosesirup, Invertzucker oder Süßmolkepulver. Und damit nicht genug. Zucker, oder einfache Kohlenhydrate sind auch in Nudeln, Reis und Kartoffeln versteckt.
"Und auf diese Lebensmittel soll ich verzichten? Was bleibt mir denn da noch zum Essen? Diese Frage stellen sich Menschen häufig, wenn es um Ernährungsveränderungen, vor allem um den Verzicht um Zucker geht.
