Medverkade gjorde författaren och teologidoktorn Ann Heberlein, grundaren till informationsprojektet Aldrigensam Charlie Eriksson och psykiatriprofessorn Jonas Eberhard. Ur deras personliga och professionella erfarenheter om psykisk ohälsa diskuterades ämnen såsom stigmatisering och statussökande. Hur vanlig är egentligen den psykiska ohälsan och hur bör man agera som anhörig?
