Dr. Williams Hogue attended medical school at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, South Carolina. She completed a general surgery residency at the University of South Alabama, then a surgical critical care fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
