博物館開門法國現代繪畫先驅馬內的傑作-《草地上的午餐》《草地上的午餐》（Le Déjeuner sur l'herbe)是19世紀末法國現代繪畫先驅畫家愛德華·馬奈（Édouard Manet, 1832 －1883)，於1863年創作的代表畫作（208× 264.5 cm)，最初名為《沐浴》（Le Bain）後來改名為《四方派對》（Partie carrée)。畫作於1863年5月15日在落選者沙龍（Salon des Refusés）首次展出，展出沒多久就被撤下。隔年，1864年，在沙龍重新​​展出時引起爭議。1906年，繼法國收藏家、畫家、陶藝家和藝術史學家莫羅-內拉東（Étienne Moreau-Nélaton, 1859 －1927)捐贈後＇才成為公共遺產。 《草地上的午餐》風格粗獷，構圖中將一位注視公眾的普通裸女與兩位衣著整齊的男性並置在中央，在沙龍展展出時，引起美學和道德觀的嚴厲批評，認為此作品敗壞了資產階級參觀展覽的良好品味，亦扼殺了傳統神話繪畫的規範。此幅畫被視為是現代繪畫的早期作品，馬內希望透過此作品，打破為何裸體在學院派繪畫中可以被接受，確在現實生活中不被接受的虛偽觀念，他希望用自己的藝術改變所處的世界。 畫面前景描繪的野餐的靜物中的水果、麵包、櫻桃擺放在有樹葉的布上，一籃水果倒在模特兒的藍色波點洋裝上。一位裸女隨意坐在樹林中央，身旁是兩位身著現代服飾的男子，裸女放肆地註視著觀者，而另女子則慵懶地在遠景處沐浴。  法國小說家、記者、劇作家以及自然主義文學的代表人物左拉（Émile Édovard Charles Antoine Zola，1840 －1902），代表著作《盧貢-馬卡爾家族》（Les Rougon-Macquart）包括20部長篇小說，對法蘭西第二帝國時期進行深入的描繪。法蘭西第二帝國（Second Empire）是波拿巴家族的拿破崙三世在法國建立的最後一個君主制政權（1852－1870）。 左拉（Émile Zola)曾在1867年如此評論此作品： 「《草地上的午餐》是馬內最大的一幅畫作，實現了所有畫家的夢想：將真人大小的人物融入風景中。畫中有樹葉、樹幹，背景是一條河，一位身著衣的女子在河中沐浴；前景中，兩個年輕男子坐在另一名女子對面，後者剛從水中出來，在露天處使肌膚晾乾，這位裸女令觀眾感到震驚，天哪！多麼不雅！一個沒有戴面紗的女子夾在兩個穿著衣服的男子中間，真是令人厭惡！當時人們把馬內想像成一個偷窺狂，從未見過如此畫面。然而，這種想法是嚴重的錯誤，因為羅浮宮博物館典藏了許多畫作，其中穿衣服和裸體的人物混在一起，確沒有人會在羅浮宮博物館抱怨。」 《草地上的午餐》賞析： 四個人物形成一個三角形，這是古典藝術中常見的構圖，兩個男人則形成一個倒三角形，如同文藝復興時期的金字塔式構圖。馬內將畫作命名為《四方》，有可能畫中原來有兩名裸女妓女。翻倒的籃子像徵情慾，具情色意涵，如此非寓言或神話的作品在當時引起了軒然大波。前景中的裸女是馬奈的模特兒，法國畫家莫倫特（Victorine Louise Meurent, 1844 -1927)，畫中央的畫家是荷蘭雕塑家萊恩霍夫（Ferdinand Karel Adolf Constantijn Leenhoff, 1841 －1914)，他是荷蘭剛琴家蘇珊娜·馬奈（Suzanne Manet, Leenhoff, 1829 －1906）的兄弟，馬內晚年與蘇珊娜結婚。用手肘支撐身體，半倚在草地上的男子則是歐仁·馬奈（Eugène Manet, 1833 －1892），他是馬奈內的弟弟，法國，畫家莫里索（Berthe Morisot, 1841 －1895)的丈夫。 背景中在池塘沐浴的女子，是馬內和畫家們的著名的模特梅萊（Alexandrine-Gabrielle Meley），後來嫁給名作家左拉後，改名為亞歷山大·左拉（Alexandrine Zola, Méley, 1839 -1925)。這幅畫的風格和技藝震驚了公眾和評論家。速寫類似虛構的場景，靈感來自馬內在法國中部熱訥維耶（Gennevilliers)家族莊園的素描，此作品打破透視法則，背景中的女人應該更小，同時放棄了層次感，轉而使用光影和色彩為對比，作品給人的印像是人物沒有很好地融入構圖中。畫中有許多誤導性的暗示，例如不同季節的水果，因不真實的並置，而增添幻覺感。 馬內未將學院派的裸體畫與日常生活的繪畫區分，他雖然借鑒了大師們的古典主題，確又完全失去了對前輩畫家的敬意。他試圖以畫作諷刺當時資產階級的性慾風俗，並將性慾隱藏在經過修飾的浪漫主義下。文藝復興時期的威尼斯畫派的畫家提香（Tiziano Vecelli，1488 、1490－1576)的《神奇的捕撈》（Pêche miraculeuse)或《提水的繆斯女神》，在馬內作品中變成了沐浴者，女子的姿態可以被解讀為一個被慾望攫取的妓女，或者一個女子在性行為後，小心翼翼清洗的妓女。 畫面左下角的青蛙是學生們給妓女的名字；神聖的鴿子被紅腹灰雀取代，紅腹灰雀展開翅膀，遮住正在放鬆的年輕女子；翻倒的籃子像徵失去純真；桃子、櫻桃和無花果和牡蠣殼皆暗示春藥，隱喻色情。這種隱喻與不雅的裸體，皆不符合寓意或神話的慣例，傳統中，歷史主題中是允許有裸女在畫面中，然而馬內作品確挑釁了此良好的道德傳統。 靈感來源： 法國記者、政治家、藝術家、藝術評論家、收藏家、展覽策展人普魯斯特（Antonin Proust 1832 －1905)曾擔任共和國第一任文化部長，他曾提到，馬內是因為在法國中北部的阿讓特伊（Argenteuil)時，見到從水中浮出的泳客，才萌生創作這幅畫作，馬內說到：「看來我必須畫一幅裸體畫。我就把他們畫成裸體。」隨後，馬內在工作室創作，他從古典藝術中汲取靈感，以肖像畫闡釋道德選擇。」 馬內的《草地上的午餐》，是以文藝復興威尼斯畫派的畫家提香（Tiziano Vecelli)於1508至1509年間創作的《田園音樂會》（Concert champêtre)為靈感，此具詩意的作品，畫中兩位裸體女子，分別是像徵史詩和抒情詩的繆斯女神卡利俄珀和波呂海姆尼亞。卡利俄佩的意思為「聲音悅耳的」，是希臘神話中掌管英雄史詩的繆思，是九位繆思，文藝女神中最年長者。另一位波麗海姆妮亞，意思為「有很多頌歌的」，是希臘神話中司頌歌和啞劇的繆思。 在田園詩般的田園風光中，兩位繆斯由兩位衣著光鮮的青年男子相伴，其中一位彈奏著魯特琴。魯特琴是中世紀到巴洛克時期（Baroque ）在歐洲風行的撥弦樂器。馬內以現代人物重新演繹了此主題，將場景描繪成森林的野餐，這是當時法國城市居民最喜歡的周末休閒方式。 《草地上的午餐》是繪畫的新宣言，也是一種新的藝術概念，以及展現藝術與觀眾間關係的宣言。 這幅作品的構圖源自義大利金匠和雕刻家雷蒙迪（Marcantonio Raimondi，1480 －1534)於1514至1518年間所創作的版畫的河神場景，該版畫以義大利文藝復興時期畫家與建築師拉斐爾（Raffaello Sanzio da Urbino，1483—1520)的畫作《帕里斯的評判》（Le Jugement de Pâris)為藍本，拉斐爾的作品風格清晰流暢，完美展現新柏拉圖主義中，人類宏偉理想的視覺呈現。新柏拉圖主義（neoplatonism）是3世紀由亞歷山大城的新柏拉圖學派哲學家，新柏拉圖主義之父普羅提諾（Plotinus ，205-270），發展出的哲學派別，是古希臘文化末期最重要的哲學流派，對基督教神學產生了影響重大影響。 《帕里斯的評判》是拉斐爾的傑作，約於1514-1518年間，因雷蒙迪（Raimondi)的版畫而聞名。拉斐爾壁畫的右半邊，啟發了馬內的《草地上的午餐》的中央佈局。壁畫的左半邊，據說啟發了畢卡索在1906-1907年創作《亞維農的少女》（Les Demoiselles d'Avignon)。 帕里斯（Pâris）： 原名亞歷山大，是古希臘文學中荷馬史詩（Homer）《伊里亞德》（Iliad）中的特洛伊王子。出生前因母親夢見生下一堆木柴，從這堆木柴中爬出無數條火蛇。按照先知的解釋，將要誔生的孩子會將整個特洛伊燒成一片火海。因此，帕里斯出生前，埃薩科斯宣告孩子身上帶著「上天的懲罰」。帕里斯出生後，被丟棄山中，被牧羊人撫養，取名為帕里斯。其中間經歷了金蘋果事件，一次入城被姊姊卡珊德拉（Cassandra）認出，父母見他長相美好而欣喜，將他接回家，後來因為愛上墨涅拉俄斯（Menelaus）妻子海倫（Helen）將其帶回特洛伊，因而引發了長達十年之久的特洛伊戰爭。 金蘋果事件（Golden Apple of Discord）是希臘神話中間接導致特洛伊戰爭，發生在三位女神間的糾紛。人間英雄佩琉斯（Peleus）與海中女神忒提斯（Thetis）的婚事由天神宙斯（Zeus）撮合，婚宴邀請了一批神級較高的神祇。因為金製的名貴餐具有限，或未邀請不受歡迎者，管轄糾紛的女神厄里斯（Eris）未被邀請；她因此不請自來，一言不發地在宴席留下華麗的黃金蘋果，上面刻有「獻給最美麗的女神」。在場神級最高，最美艷的三位女神：智慧女神雅典娜（Ath
