One that doesn't involve commercials, corporate ownership or government funding but is still professional radio? To get these answers, Bruce Claggett chats with Marc Carnes, CEO of the iconic Alberta radio station CKUA. Marc explains how community, arts & music and value-driven broadcasting can come together in a way that reaches a huge audience across many demographics.
